Positives: Location: Fantastic location just steps from Duomo di Milano, making it perfect for exploring the city. However, noise was noticeable at certain hours. Cleanliness: Housekeeping was excellent, and the room was well-maintained. Staff Service: The employees at the hotel were professional and polite throughout my stay. Comfort: The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. Negatives: Booking Issue – Important for Direct Bookings: I originally booked directly through the hotel's website at a lower price. However, my booking was canceled unexpectedly due to a credit card issue (my Revolut temporarily blocked the charge for security reasons). The hotel did not provide a 24-hour window, as stated on their email, to update my details before canceling and blamed their system. As a result, I had to fall back on a more expensive Booking.com reservation. Despite reaching out multiple times before my arrival, the hotel ignored my emails and did not offer any compensation or goodwill gesture.

**Outstanding Stay in Paris! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I recently stayed at west end hotel in Paris, and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions, which made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness throughout the property. My suite was spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. It provided a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. What truly stood out to me was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries I had. Their hospitality added a personal touch to my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend west end hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and I look forward to returning in the future! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

We stayed in a deluxe king room on 4th floor. Room was very spacious, large and comfortable bed, good size bathroom, lots of cupboards space and a kitchinete. The hotel is well located, 5min walk to Duomo. The reception area is relatively small and seems to be the only “common” area. No bar or restaurant.

Location is fabulous! three minute walk to the duomo and main shopping area. Room/apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The hotels greatest asset us undoubtedly their front office staff who are so welcoming, polite and helpful. All other staff members including housekeeping were also very pleasant.

Great location very close to the Duomo in the centre of Milan. Also very close to the Duomo metro station. Room was able to accommodate 3 people comfortably. Great room facilities including kettle and microwave as well as coffee machine.

The staff were extremely helpful, particularly Pemal (hope I spelled his name correctly) who was helpful at every request or query we made and had a wonderful warm personality. Staff in the breakfast area were also very helpful to f not slightly overrun!

The place was amazing! High quality spacious deluxe room with all the amenities needed. Super comfortable bed with pillows. Heated towel rack with luxury soaps and creams. TV with a variety of channels. Location is walking distance to Duomo Milan and luxury shopping district. We also found a halal Turkish kebab spot around the corner, all within proximity. Superb!
